A planning appeal is an appeal against the refusal of planning permission by a local authority.  Appeals are administered and undertaken by the Planning Inspectorate, an independent government agency who appoint an Inspector to consider all materials relevant to the case, and from all parties, including from the LPA (Local Planning Authority), the applicant and from those who might have made representations on the application.

The date of the appeal hearing is set for 15 September 2020. We will update this website with more information as and when news comes in from the Planning Inspectorate.
